NetEase Games Montreal is the brand new division of NetEase Games; a leading game developer and publisher focusing on delivering top quality mobile and online gaming experiences. We’re currently looking for a Project Manager who can help us manage project and coordinate with development team in China.

Job Responsibilities

* Ensure that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are properly implemented and updated.

* Cooperating with China development teams to ensure the local Montreal team is in order, including plans from the start of the project to the launch.

* Assisting team building and timely summarize and synchronize project information to relevant stakeholders.

* Responsible for putting together documentation packages required to go through all the approval &. certification process phases with first parties.

* Follow-up with the managers and update the staffing plans for the project team.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in coordinating game development, operations, project management.

* Passionate on the game and game industry, with software development experience.

* Bachelor degree or above, with strong project management skills.

* Strong communication and coordination skills, team leadership and self-motivation for continuous learning.

* Ability to work in high-pressure environment, and to adapt to multi-task management, high work intensity and cross-time zone communication.

* Working knowledge of agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
